    Thanks Stephen,
    Since your intervention someone has miraculously now found 2 missing back copies and are sending them to me, all I need now is for customer services to work out that since my automatic renewal took place it created this failed delivery problem and then hopefully they will work out that a phone call to your fulfilment house questioning on my specific address and not the mass mailing enquiry that they previously made may solve the delivery problem.
    I apologise for using this forum but you don’t publish an email address and of course customer services are there to get rid of the complaint rather than making an effort to solve it.

    P.S I would also like to take this opportunity to say your Dividend Letter and strategy has most definitely worked for me so thank you for the income it generates.
