A: Once you are logged in, you can find all special reports in the members' area.

Q: The report in my email confirmation doesn't open. How can I get it again?

A: All the special reports included in your original email confirmation are readily available via your members' area.

Q: I have placed an order but didn't receive my order confirmation.

A: Order confirmations can take up to two hours to arrive. Please make sure you check your spam/junk/promotions inboxes in case it was automatically directed there. Alternatively, please contact our customer services department by filling in the form below:
