This week, I’d like to highlight some of the worst performers in our portfolio – and why we’re still holding on to them. Among these is Terra Tech, our play on the cannabis sector. Although it has fallen since our recommendation, I still believe it has promise – especially after following my recent drives through Los Angeles…
