NEW VIDEO: US stockmarket uncertainty and is the technology sector beginning to splinter?
23rd October 2018 |
Today, I am recording my video from Dubai as I am here holding a seminar for some of the biggest investors in the world. One of the conversations that has been consistently cropping up concerns the global economic outlook and I think this would be a good place to start.
Predominantly, my focus will be on influences contributing to the uncertainty in the US stockmarket and, also, how the financial sector is potentially changing how we view the technology market.
Today’s video will focus on crucial topics such as:
- The recent uncertainty in the US economy and how external factors (ie, China) are fuelling drawbacks
- What the financial sector’s period of transition means for the technology sector as a whole
- How technology stocks can work as an alternative to government bonds.
As ever, I’m keeping a close eye on how things unfold and consequently on the stocks I choose for the Frontier Tech Investor portfolio. If you would prefer to read what I have to say, a transcript for this video will be available by the end of the week.
