That’s the usual criticism levelled at crypto. It’s not revolutionising anything. The tech is a great idea, but what real-world problems does it actually solve?

Over the last few years this problem has encroached on our daily lives more and more. Now it is both ubiquitous and infuriating. Yet, for some reason, we all just put up with it.
